No ventilation in small room.

Our stay at Posada Maya was delightful. The property, although a bit out of the center, had a charming and quaint atmosphere. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were top-notch. We appreciated the access to filtered water and the option to use the washing machine. The staff, despite the language barrier, were friendly and accommodating. While there were a few small drawbacks, like the small and dark rooms and the lack of soundproofing, they didn't overshadow the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, friendly staff, and great value for money.

My boyfriend and I stayed here twice and had a great experience. The rooms were simple but for the price, it was great value. The shared kitchen was a nice bonus, allowing us to make tea and cook if we wanted. The terrace on the roof was a lovely spot to relax with great views. The bathrooms and everything else were clean. The staff were friendly and even let us store our bags and shower after our hike to Acatenango. Definitely recommend.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel in Antigua called Posada Maya. The hotel was spotlessly clean, with constant cleaning throughout the day. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to store our bags and take a shower even though we weren't staying that night. They also helped us arrange public transportation to Xela. The amenities were simple but clean, and the owners were kind and patient with our limited Spanish. For an authentic Antigua experience, I highly recommend Posada Maya.
